Design Brief

Four18 provided conceptual designs for Garland Real Estate for the sale of Geelong West and Drumcondra Bowls Club sites to demonstrate the potential yield on both sites. The proposals provided a mix of townhouse and apartment living options. The concepts accompanied an expression of interest for the sale of the site with the intention of the site being developed as an ageing in place concept. The sites have since been purchased by private developers.
