Design Brief

Designed as a holiday house that will eventually become a retirement residence, this house is located on the Esplanade at Indented Head. Access is via an internal court which enabled the garage and entrance to be located at the rear of the building, maximising views to Port Phillip Bay and the foreshore. A green wall maximises light into the vertical circulation space whilst maintaining privacy from the adjoining residence.
