Design Brief

Located on the corner of Moorabool and Malop Streets, the former Commonwealth Bank building is a high-profile building in Geelong. Four18 were engaged to transform the existing façade, foyer, and internal base building of 6 floors to be staged over the coming years. Stage 1 includes the façade works, foyer upgrades, and new layouts and finishes to the Ground floor and first floor. The remaining levels will be refurbished progressively over the next 5 years.
