Design Brief

This former wool store building’s most recent use was as a commercial gym across the first two levels. The third floor had not been accessible for a number of years and was in a derelict state. Four18 were engaged by a local development company to transform the building for office accommodation. The project was successfully delivered and corporate tenants NAB and GHD occupy the ground and second floor respectively.
